It is not easy to become slim,smart and healthy in just one month but it is also not impossible.It just need an strong ambition and will-power to acheive your fitness goal in one month.The main thing which you need to become slim,smart and healthy is maintain a good diet and exercise regularly.Here are some Exercises and a very good and diet plan for all of yours:
